ORDER FULFILLMENT

IAV DJ will try to ship orders placed through our website for next working day delivery but customers should expect delivery between 3 to 5 working days under normal circumstances.

In the event that somebody places an order for an item that is out of stock we will let the customer know and give them the option of cancelling the order or waiting for the item to arrive.  We will try to give them an approximate lead time for delivery.

If we do a special order for a customer the item is non returnable.  Anyone requesting an item to be order specifically for them should make sure that they have ordered the correct item as we will not accept such items back.
